I don't think there is a cameraman. I think those tub-sters are shaking the floor so bad it is moving the camera.

The reason the camera is shaking is that the original floor is gone, and has only partially been replaced with plywood sheets. There is a brief shot of exposed dirt flooring that's only partially covered by plywood at 0:28.

I think that's just a rug. But you are probably right, the floor is just shaking in the double wide.
