A plane crashed into the Superstition Mountains in AZ 2 hours ago. All area commercial and private planes are accounted for, where did it come from?

Doesn't seem to be much of a mystery.
... the plane flew from Safford to Falcon Field in Mesa to pick up three children, all between the ages of 5 and 9, for Thanksgiving. He says besides a pilot, a mechanic and another adult were also on board.
Babeu said the two-engine plane crashed as they were returning to Safford.
The Rockwell AC69 twin engine aircraft "crashed under unknown circumstances," FAA spokesman Allen Kenitzer said in a statement. The plane is registered to Ponderosa Aviation in Safford.
