I would probably get fired if I went to work and talked in detail about my genitalia in mixed company. I don't know all the facts, but I think it is more likely that she was fired because her employer did not want to get hit with several sexual harassment/hostile workplace lawsuits from her co-workers. If management fails to take such action, then they are condoning it and are thereby legally liable.
