For my other clients the best thing I can do is that when I run the ban hammer script it also creates a single page with 10,000 identical links to the offenders site and then submits it to the search engines. (SEO bad practice #3, Spamdexing) Soon enough it will get parsed and Google will tag it as link spam and drop their ranking. Essentially I trip Googles spam-trap and spring it.
