GIFs are like those index card flip movies of yore. They're usually one image per frame displayed in sequence and loop indefinitely.

Your browser is probably saving yours to disk as a single image. Safari, right?

Chrome should be able to save it correctly, but I've had gifs get mangled by the High Street image uploader before. I'm not sure the exact cause.

I see what happened. I added the image upload function 4 years ago when tight storage space and disk oinks were worries. Should work now.
