Muslims are notorious closet cases.  I know someone who did extensive business in Saudi Arabia.  He said it was no secret that all the busboys and kitchen help at certain establishments were gay males from other countries who made a living off of the closeted Saudi business men (and those visiting from other Muslim countries).  If you're a gay teen in a Muslim country, don't take rides from strange men.  I feel bad for the kid, but people need to use common sense when they are in another country.
