Hmm . . . It must have been due to some outrageous scene which occurred during that extended "buffering" sequence. I certainly know where my imagination went at that point.

It's been around for a while. As I understand it the fellow in question was a 21 year old truck driver who was pulled in for a traffic offence which led to him being favoured with the po-po's romantic attentions.
The coppers in question were sacked.
