The MIA Pale created a crest for this outfit, which was available through Cafe Press on mugs and t-shirts.

No reason it can't be done again.

Choad is oddly silent on this merch and paypal business. Are we too pure to dirty our hands with a little upkeep money? No one is suggesting you'd get rich. Hell man, what are you, a communiss?

While Attracting Attention To Yourself famously worked for George Carlin, it can have a downside in these days. There are more than enough outstanding banners and sidebar pics here to fill a wall with mugs and hats, but of those how many of the copyrights are incontestably held by the posters? And just how far will the "coarse and offensive satire" defense get you in court? If Boris and Natasha ever decide to sue we'll all be paying for the rest of our lives.

I think there are several of us here who have worked around copyright laws enough to avoid egregious infringement. Besides, the place needs its own branding, not Boris and Natasha's. Square's examples above stand as an uninspired testament to copyright-free merchandising. We would NOT, as a counter-example, offer aTimeless-Classic watermarked coffee cup of you saying "Yay!"
Yay!

The only commercial activity here I'm aware of was sofaking advertising her sex toy business in the early days. I don't think it was very profitable (surprisingly enough). choad pays the bills, so he's the man to talk to.

I fell down the networked rabbit hole 30 years ago. It's low budget fun, like a bird or gerbil cage to a house cat, and always earned more than the chump change I invested. Never made a dime and don't care.
rcade proved, if nothing else, this odd cohort of cynics, idolators, misanthropes and zappa freaks are not a sensible ad buy. To my mind, if we're going whore out for money, let's make enough to throw a party we can all enjoy.

I'm down with that. Let me know where to send it and how much it takes.

Taint's the caterer/event organizer. Too many women will testify, under oath, I am not, usually while muttering variations on the phrase, incurable cheapfuck.

Don't look at me. I'm gonna be out of the country for the next few months. I say we give the responsibility to Phreddy.

Global financial meltdown ground zero. Great yard sales, though.

How Do Movie Producers Insure Lindsay Lohan And Other Troubled Stars?
I wanted to know what specific "misadventures" made Lohan difficult to insure— was it the arrests, the car wrecks, the unpaid tax bill?
