I disagree. That's a nice car, and there's no reason that with proper maintenance he can't get 150K miles out of that it before it starts to nickle and dime him beyond it's worth. If he drives it 5000 miles a year that's 30 years. I don't know about you people, but I plan on being dead by then.

Yes, exactly. Please don't bury me yet, I'm only 56. :D The car is garaged and babied with all scheduled maintenance (by date, not by mileage) and it gets driven once a week in the winter and two or three times in the spring/summer/fall, all local destinations.

My girlfriend just bought a Chevrolet Tahoe... I'm impressed, it's super comfortable, has power, features and looks pretty damn good. There is a reason some vehicles sell really well, they're good vehicles and they're what people want. I'm a Corvette guy and for the most part they suck, reliability is bad, visibility is bad, the suspension is spine destroying and they don't hold their value. I like it only for the 30 plus mpg and the tire roasting fun. People buy what they're looking for in the car world... It's all good unless you buy something from Korea.

No, it's safe, but not boring. It passes the old Hot Rod test. I can put a $100 bill on the dash and accelerate so you can't grab it.
It's the second car I've owned in 30 years that actually allows me to enjoy driving. The first was a 2000 Maxima. I've taken right turns in excess of 50 mph. In Downtown Dallas.

Works fairly well. The GPS stops working part of the time, it's only fair at night, and the frame rate isn't the best.

I only used it around town to figure out the menu options (Korean/Chinese translated to Engrish) and the two days of the rally. You can set it up to run all kinds of ways, motion detection while parked etc. I ran it on a keyed circuit, set up so it came on with the ignition and turned off a few minutes after shutting down the car. Over the course of two days it didn't run for about twenty minutes or so while moving. I think the lighter plug may have worked loose. This is where I read about them http://dashcamtalk.com/dash-cam-comparison/ it's a GS6000. I was hoping the external GPS would be better, but it's probably not.

I've been to the Morgan factory many times. If you ever get to the UK, you really should visit - it's in Greater Malvern, near Wales, and in addition to a cool factory visit there's a lovely set of hills nearby which offer the one of the best views in all of England.
The Morgan pub is also cool. On one side of the sign there's a 3-wheeler Morgan, and on the other there's a 4-wheeler.

Good question. I just ran with a McLaren for two days and he kept the revs up all the time. I used sixth as much as possible, not so much to save money but to get better range. Some places it was a long way to the next gas station.
