It's better not to make waves. Imagine the paperwork the principal would have to fill out. Easier for everyone to just bury the evidence and browbeat the student.

The NEA and Teacher's Union will make sure nothing happens.  She'll be given a paid leave of absence for a week.  And next year, to help her morale, she'll be named teacher of the year.  It'll be a story of redemption.
