Not to mention the inflation in the "street value" of the police seizures. If sold by the milligram a kilo of pot is now worth $ millions.

I was a witness to a plucking of one plant in Madison County NC several years ago. It was sticking out of the back of a police pick up. The plant, although large, had zero buds and was all leaf. When the news report aired that evening, the estimated value was $1 million. I laughed.
