Yeah, if you're gonna off someone, 4th of July during a fireworks show is probably your best bet. Everyone' looking up (and away from you) and you'd never notice the sound.

I'm still a big fan of paying off a poor Mexican family and loading the son up with Meth then shooting him at the target, fucking brilliant approach so long as the meth-head can keep his focus and complete the hit.
