If you don't like the weather just wait for the next good volcano to blow it's top; buckle in folks is going to be a bitter cold winter, five of them blew their tops this year.
Edit: the Farmers Almanac also predicts a harsh winter, they've got a pretty damned good record over there.

After this past relatively 'mild' Winter, I am looking forward to the cold coming along and killing off some of the bugs & vermin that are currently running rampant in my AO...
