Well, he's reading off the teleprompter so, a whole lot of people would be getting fired if this wasn't sanctioned by the higher-ups. Good for him, them, us, et al.

Rewatch that film, as I did recently, and see 10 minutes of inspired madness wrapped in 110 minutes of mind numbing dreck.
We've spent at least a century retailing the same story and its time for a new fable.

About the time the Gingrich led GOP reneged on the majority of the Contract With America I began to believe 100% in the closing words of Animal Farm.
The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Sure, we can all bitch about the political system, both major parties and the fringe parties as well. "They're all the same" we wail. However, life has always been choices between the lesser of evils. To stick your heads in the sand and refuse to participate in a system which has complete control over your life is irresponsible. To give up and refuse to fight for improvement in this system is to subjugate yourself to those who will step in and dominate you and your children. It's too easy to claim you have no say. Man up, grow some balls and make some choices.

I mostly agree, but would probably bump that number up to 15-20 minutes, and when it was good, it was friggin' brilliant.
