I suppose it's correct to charge her with involuntary manslaughter; when idiots go into action and one of them winds up dead that's what's supposed to happen.

I reckon "Accessory to Idiocy" would be a far more accurate charge but that still doesn't explain why she's in lockup.
Anyway I'd do her but I wouldn't hand her a gun and ask her to shoot it at me...
