Like that sister/girlfriend thing, it's sorta unclear whether she stabbed him as a reaction or prelude to the impromptu soaking. Someone stabs you in the chest. Do you really stick around until they fall asleep, only to urinate on them? So that must mean she leapt up from bed, a knife available nearby.
I'm guessin' Momz has some heritable form o' teh crazy.
