I'm guessing it's a stock photo. On the other hand, the pathologist's storage closet I once saw contained jars of unidentifiable bits of tissue that didn't look like what the labels said the jars contained. What I found especially disturbing about the collection I saw was that many of the jars' labels included the names of people I knew.
