The company needs to stay out of it and let these idiots deal with the fallout in their personal lives. A company I once worked for had a Christonazi rent-a-cop who felt it was his duty to look for people fucking on company property and expose them. He also felt "called" to root out faggots, dykes, and trannies in order to get them fired. Many of the upper management and crucial talent types were in fact fucking in their offices, in the stairwells, and in the supply closets. They used an incident where the Christonazi threatened me with bodily harm in order to fire him, and saw to it he had to leave the area because no other local employer who did business with the company dared to hire him.
There were divorces, followed by remarriage, followed by further affairs leading to yet more divorces among the people who worked for this company, and it required tact to create seating charts for company dinners. But through it all it wasn't considered appropriate for the company to investigate or try to regulate fucking by employees.

I managed small, adhoc teams of reporters in remote, far flung places and my only hard and fast firing offense was no fucking the help and no seducing sources. The latter was harder to enforce but among coworkers, nothing destabilizes an office faster. Always ends in tears. I never hired couples.
