Cruz needs to show us the proof. His birth certificate would be a start. Why oh why hasn't Agent Orange (aka "the Donald") jumped on this?

It was already great theater. It's even better as theater, theater. I still say his entire campaign is to make the Republican party look foolish and make Hillary look like the only Presidential candidate.

WTF is "Black Inequality" and how do you measure it? Is this like the frequency of #Oscarsowhite?

Black inequaliry is the autoregressive moving average measure by which middle age white guys think " god damn I can not believe black people don't see how bad they have been shafted by the other guys and join with us. Should be plain as day, I just don't get it".

Fuck moving to Canada. Mexico is much warmer and the cost of living is way cheaper. And the corruption is kept to manageable levels outside drug cartel towns.

I have property and the right to live in the UK. If it gets too stoopid in USA-land I have an escape plan. Otherwise, all quiet out here in the sticks, where the most heated political race is for County Sheriff.

Family having citizen rights is cool... except we don't want to move back to the UK, but France, and if Cameron and the vote goes south, well that fucks that.

I had the strangest hallucination today. I must have fallen off the scaffolding, bumped my head and don't remember doing it. It sounds freaky, but I could swear that this morning I was watching a live feed from Fox News and saw Donald Trump brag about the size of his dick during a debate.

So Trump broke the Republican party, anybody here really surprised by that?
All he had to do is repeat all of the things that they themselves have been saying but say them in that abrasive reality show manner of his. If those Yo-yo's hadn't been so intent on courting the Far-right they wouldn't be in this mess. Sadly he hasn't said one thing that all the mainstream conservative candidates haven't said at one time or another in this Silly Season.
Maybe he's done us all a favor...

The worst bit is completely ignored, every single thing that Drumpf has said is simply and sadly a reality TV echo of what other Republican candidates have already said in much quieter and polite tones.
The Duck isn't our problem and I'm not really sure he ever expected this whole thing to evolve to this level - hell Palin self-detonated for half of this fervor. I'm still calling this the biggest case of "Oh shit that wasn't supposed to go that way" ever recorded.
At the same time the Donald Duck being Donald Duck he will quack as quack will regardless of what he truly means or intends...
...we all know Donald can't help his quacking.

It doesn't really matter, anyway.
When you have inbred retards like Mitch McConnell running the Senate, we're fucked regardless of who is President.

The system in place of goverment by special interests runs the President more than any one administration could reshape policy. Seems to me it matters little who is the figurehead in charge these days. Those $800 million "capability" contracts are not going away anytime soon.
I was in Bath Maine last fall where we have spent billions keeping the ship building facility alive since Daddy Bush's recession. Doing so with war contracts instead of converting to some useful maritime economic activity. While I was there the Navy bean counters announced their intention of scrapping 3 just built littoral attack ships. 2 were still being outfitted there on the docks. They knew long ago that these things could not do any useful job in modern warfare but kept spending the billions constructing them and keeping a few jobs alive and lining the pockets of fat cats.

“Give the people what they want - and they'll get what they deserve.” - The Kinks
Everyone is talking about Trump building this wall or changing these visa rules or whatever. But I get the feeling that's all just election grease, once he's firmly in the White House, it's anyone's guess what will happen next. I'm sure the friction between him and the political machine will reduce the effect of his rhetoric until he's essentially neutered. He's the one guy in the race that isn't being carefully run by a cabal of political hacks. (Which is pretty obvious if you try to follow any of his "message".)
I would LOVE to get a quick peek at the VP shortlists of the candidates though...
