Sounds like a great deal. The murders happened almost forty years ago and not even a factor I would guess. One question though. Are there any black people living near by.

Iowa is 2% black, only marginally higher in college towns.

1983. My senior year of HS in Chariton IA. Wrestling Tournament, we're hosting. One of the visiting teams had a black kid, the stands were packed with folks who had never seen a real live black person (not on TV).
