The deli has a restaurant in Las Vegas (in the Mirage).  It's frankly amazing.  There's always a line.  But you'd need to be starving to eat all the food they dump in front of you.

I couldn't imagine trying to eat one of those sandwiches in a single meal, but it makes two great meals, and I've eaten them that way several times.

Thanks for the tip about the Mirage -- there's an outside chance I'll end up there, and if I do, I'll look for the deli.

I became a total fanatic about the pickles they served with those sandwiches  -- two different styles, either fully pickled, or half-sours (which are still bright green like a fresh cucumber), After craving them for years without satisfaction, I leaned how to make them myself about a year back. Simplest thing in the world to make, and turns an ordinary sandwich meal into a gourmet experience.

I can't find deli food like that where I live, so I've had to improvise and cook my own.

If the original's going out of business, it may no longer be there.  But it was located at one end of the casino floor.  Sorry my memory isn't better but it was a couple of trips ago.
