No, worse than that.  Companies like Micro$oft beg for American employees every year and can't get enough qualified candidates.  Now they're going to be forced to hire inept clods who just happen to have been born here and have a Degree.  Now we're going to flood the tech sector with Millennials who think sitting at a desk is the only requirement for a paycheck.
