First she says
“if you spread your legs because he said ‘be nice to me and I’ll give you a job in a movie’ then I’m afraid that’s tantamount to consent, and it’s too late now to start whingeing about that”
and I'm on board. Then she drops
Greer also commented on Allen’s alleged sexual abuse of his daughter Dylan Farrow when she was seven, in 1992, saying: “It was 20 years ago, so you want him to stop making movies now?
and I'm right back off board again.
Methinks she is just karma whoring, just like some of those other #MeToo social climbers, but not all.
Can't we just take each case on it's merits and evidence instead of knee-jerking our feet right into our mouths?

It's all a twisted mess - frankly we have people lining up to charge Trump with sexual assault just because he tried to steal a kiss which is pretty offensive to draw a mental image of but silly nonetheless.
and then there's this, waking up an gnawing your arm off to slip out quietly all the while wondering why you drank so much.

Germaine Greer got her name in the press 40 or so years ago when she published a book titled The Female Eunuch. I read it, all those years ago, but don't remember much about it except that it never seemed to come to any point.
The few times I've heard about her since then, it was for spouting "provocative"/incendiary nonsense aimed at calling attention to herself.
You could think of her as the Ur-Ann Coulter. How she ever got labeled a "feminist," I will never understand.

I would almost venture to suggest that these "non-violent" sexual assault cases be tried by only juries of older women - far too often it's a mutual idiocy situation boiling down to who was drunker and who took advantage of whom?
Yeah we all agree to string the violent rapists up by their heels but "date confusion" rape or "stealing a kiss to see if it goes anywhere" is really not "Sexual Assault" - rudeness maybe but definitely not assault.

She said she was a dancer. If I believed her, it was my business.
It felt like a merry dance that I was being led.
So I stole one kiss. It was a near miss.
She looked at me like I was Jack the Ripper.
She leaned in close. ``Goodnight,'' was all she said.
So I took myself off to bed.

Hell, we've got it easy. Try living in Indonesia or Pakistan.

California Democratic Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia, the head of the Legislative Women’s Caucus and a leading figure in the state’s anti-sexual harassment movement, is accused of groping a male staffer from another lawmaker’s office, according to a report published Thursday.

In my generation, the"#" symbol meant "pound".
So, all these wymins are essentially saying "pound me too". 😂

"It's discipline that begets love," according to George Liquor, Kricfalusi's proxy for his bipolar batshit commitable father.
Most of us, I assume, have seen similar collateral damage. It's never pretty.
