So, to be clear:  Black or Hispanic officers are (proportionally) more likely to fatally shoot Blacks or Hispanics vs Whitey AND that disparity can be explained by race-specific demographics of those perpertrating violent crime AS WELL AS strongly predicting the race of the person who receives the lead injection?

Short version: Minority officers are more likely to shoot minorities AND who the criminals are correlates with who is shot.
