If actual gun safety, and usage was taught in school, with media of what wounds look like, etc. I think we would have a far different situation to a degree. Violence doesn't erupt without causation. What are the underlying factors? We can't ban ourselves out of this situation, with a "war on guns". Look at the "war on drugs"... that was a complete success, was it not?
