Reminds me a little of "Fatliners," a porno parody from 1990/1991of (duh) "Flatliners."  It was supposed to present the near-death and deathspace sexual experiences of the morbidly obese, but most of the actors were merely chubby, and they weren't anywhere near dead.  Two thumbs down, and not down my pants, either.
