This isn't a news piece--nor is any of the information it contains news, by any means--but I think it's a very good synopsis of the Anonymous/Scientology conflict.
More interesting, to me, is the idea the author is trying to get at: "The internet" has evolved into a community that can organize and effect change in the 3-D world.
How do you fight a meme?

Good link.
Living in Clearwater I avoided all this. I realized what a danger the clams had become when they outed and pretty much ruined Tarla and her family in '95. She was cool people. Their subversion of Clearwater PD convinced me it wasn't a battle I was interested in bleeding out for.
I appreciate what Anonymous has accomplished.

Even if their group's name is rather unimaginative, you have to love the videos that Anonymous members have been throwing up on YouTube. My personal favorite:
For more of your daily entheta in-take, the Jason Beghe (Who-Ever he is) interview is rather interesting.
Off-Topic: Another amusing video from Michael Swaim - My Anti-Drug.

My LOTRO account has been erroneously banned for "RMT activity" (A term that I had to "Google" be-fore I could draft my complaint to CodeMasters); So, with no-thing better to do, I figured that it was about time that I checked in here.

Yeah, I saw where you mentioned that in the other thread. Hydrocodone does no-thing for me; But, apparently, most people seem to find it rather effective. To avoid stomach cramps, I recommend that you have a glass of milk or good meal prior to taking them (All-Though, they don't nearly tear up your stomach as badly as Oxycodone).
