I could have sworn this was both a hat (damn the ineffectual Search function) and a Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence action. It's also been around a while. It showed up on my site in early April. I still agree with it.

They've been trying to do this since 2004. The difference now is it's actually on the ballot. The sisters probably handed out flyers at one time, shit I've seen a good dozen do it, including high school kids in San Rafael (to rename their shit-plant)

Look, people, a sewage treatment plant is an extremely useful facility. It is a great benefit to the entire area it serves. It protects the citizens and the environment at the same time.
