William, those spiders are disgusting. And re: the cockroaches-there's an artist who does these dioramas with dead roaches. I could only find the one pic but I bet there are more. Just incase we need a cockroach sticky thread, an idea I neither endorse nor suggest.

Never saw the flick. Obviously, I farm a lot of banners right from the tamer side of the NSFW Thread, but I see no particular reason to torment you exclusively, a behavior which seems to invoke nothing around here if not scurrilous protestations of "but I didn't really mean to treat you like shit." I can't speak for the other banner farmers, but if there's ever a bit of arthropod angst from me, it won't be done with the sole intent of making you squirm.

Actually, that was Burbank. The SWA plane overshot the end of the runway--the approach is a real bitch, and the runway is short with no easement before you end up in the neighborhood, like something out of SimCity. LOL! One did the same thing at Love Field in Dallas. Is there some kind of law that there has to be a gas station right outside Southwest Airlines airports?

I wouldn't take it personally anyway, unless you actually put my name on it. As far as banners or other material that might make me (or anyone else) squirm, I've made this observation before:
If you are unable for some reason to hit "Refresh"--or decide High-Street's not for you and fucking go elsewhere already, the Internet's fucking enormous--when you see something uggy, then you have problems far more fundamental, and tragic, than getting offended by an image.
