Realistically that's pretty tame, the amazing part is that they really don't require pharmaceuticals like we do.

I’ve seen batshit crazy Caucasian street dancers and street performers in Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Laguna Beach, New York, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Prague and other cities.  While the Japanese are batshit crazy as a people, mentally ill street dancers and street performers are crazy on their own and do not provide proof their entire ethnic group is fucked up.
