The video shows William "Bill" Shanahan, an assistant professor of communications, director of forensics and coach of the Fort Hays debate team, in a heated, in-your-face argument with University of Pittsburgh debate coach Shanara Reid-Brinkley.
Both professors scream curses at one another and at one point Shanahan bends over and pulls down the back of his baggy khaki shorts, exposing his underwear to a room full of students and faculty.

Ah the heights that higher education takes us to.
I couldn't bring myself to sit through the entire 9 minutes. Does anyone throw a chair at some point?

Great theater! Affirmative Action Negress plays race card, Tenured Hippy Freak calls her on it because even Old White Progressives are tired of race card bullshit. White Hippy Freak expresses pent-up anger over years of having to deal with PC Negro Racism with an over the top outburst. Butch Dyke tries to intervene. Hippy Freak removes Butch Dyke’s hand from his chest. Lots of ghetto head bobbing action and parody of same. Relative calm for a few moments, shattered by the return of the Head Bobbing Ghetto Rat. Affirmative Action Negro Student In Yellow Shirt reduced to tears by Hippy Freak because of his race card flashing. Butch Dyke stands on chair and harangues crowd with an angry rant about bridge building and caring. Other highlights: crowd of negro males surrounds White Hippy for possible beat down. Ginger Man and Fat Negro Male Affirmative Action Professor hug to portray racial harmony, later Ginger Man puts head on desk during Angry Dyke’s rant, wishing this whole farce would just go away. Negro student pulls hood over face and hopes camera never got a good shot of his face, so he can deny he was present at this embarrassing event.
