"Poodolph" was amusing, but the soupçon of irony here isn't exactly 'found object/outsider art' but the fact that NYC has a fairly well enforced scooper law. Of course, the lack of a dog accompanying the photographers will probably spare them the danger of a $50 fine (they're thinking of raising it to $250, last I heard), but the original owners are certainly flirting with a whole gallery of unpleasant tickets.
