I don’t have a problem with his getting as much poontang as he wants. What I find pathetic is that supporting his dick’s needs is a major drain on the economy and has even twisted the nation’s culture. Having been born into a fortunate situation (inheritor of an absolute monarchy), the smart thing would have been to transform his country into the region’s gambling mecca and anonymous banking center. Of course this would require investing in a bit of infrastructure and a few schools, but the long term payoff would be the generation of enormous wealth for the entire country, and indulging his sexual appetites would have little or no impact on his subjects.

In most rural African societies exposing one's breasts isn't really "exposing oneself" any more than wearing short sleeves is.
This reminds me of the summer I spent in Senegal. A friend of mine had to phone home to the states because his kid was sick. There was no phone where we were so George, an American friend we met in Senegal who had been there a number of years, took him down the beach to a French resort where he could place a call. Since we were in a rural area we had been seeing breasts all summer. They had just become a part of the scenery after a while. As my friend related the story to me the first thing that he noticed as he and George approached the French resort was all the French women lying out topless, rubbing oil on their breasts, etc. Since he wasn't used to seeing so many white breasts it caused him to make a double-take. George's remark: "To an African all those things are is something to feed the kids with. No big deal. White men, they like to play with those things and get all turned on. Now, if you want to get an African turned on, show 'em a butt! They get real turned on when they see a butt!" George was about 70 years old and a Conservative Baptist missionary. And a pretty fun guy.
