Details of the case, which was documented in The Internet Journal of Urology, have revealed that the patient claimed that the fish "slipped" into his penis while he was maintaining his aquarium.

Yeah, I hate it when that happens. There you are, taking your fish for a walk in the middle of an aquarium cleaning session and of course you are holding him in your hand, then he just jumps out of your hand, does a mid-air 180 and swims up your stream. You would be surprised how often this happens...

I find it most shocking that this cautionary article was posted in Practical Fishkeeping....  Are fish the new gerbil?
