I work for an agency that provides services for the disabled. As I am the only muscular dude at the joint things that are heavy or require manual dexterity gets filed under "all other duties as required" part of my job description. On a couple of occasions I have helped set up slings for gimptastics. Never stuck around to see them used, indeed, have only met one of the couples who used them.

It must suck to be that disabled. I hate asking the cheese guy at the supermarket for help, let alone setting up some stupid sex swing.

It's funny, I've helped set them up three times, twice an aide and I set the thing up and left, never meeting the couple. Both of those couples were a normal person and a disabled person. They could have sex but it's much easier with one or the other in a sling. The one couple where both were disabled were awesome. They were both there when we arrived and wheeled around us looking at what we were doing and asking questions with enormous smiles on their faces.

That's a "doctor" treating the black death. The mask is worn to carry flowers, herbs and incence in the long nose. They thought bad smells ("miasma") caused the plague so they wore the masks to make sure they were safe.
