Still, Chancery or Brush Script, whatever it is, is hideous in its own right. Considering the work put into the other ones, it's the worst of those, measured against your own efforts, not other people's. Folks can obviously be quite curious about their font choices. And no, we're not just talking about Fled's aliased Comic Sans.

I wanted it to look like the font a skank would use for a tattoo, and I think I succeeded in that. My font choices are a bit limited as Linux's font support is still pretty crap. I have a decently wide assortment of fonts but installing new ones is kinda a pain in the ass.

The counters still seem to be advancing. I imagine it's a side effect of Pale resurrecting a bunch of the older banners around the same time. Since the pool is larger, each individual banner doesn't get displayed as frequently.

Show me what you're seeing. August 25th seems to coincide with one of my "purges." Most recently, all banners are shown, at least the non-seasonal ones. The number of impressions is actually pretty irrelevant. My aim is to keep a good amount in rotation. When we finish paring off the worst of the worst (according to the voting public, not me), then we can go back to creating more and hiding a few at a time.

I could see putting three of them end to end for a banner, but then...as Square begins to point out...it's difficult to figure out who's who, and who deserves to be recognized in such a manner.
