I had to do a little research to track this down. According to the following police death scene gallery, the decapitation was caused by an auto wreck in which the occupant was ejected. If you click on the photo, you can see an expanded photo as well as a picture of the BODY (awesome). The gallery has a coupla other pictures of "winners." I'd post all the pics and captions here but the police website's pricks have protected the photos. Groan.
