Bastards. Ok, here's my rewrite.

Stanley Kobierowski, 34, was charged in July after blowing a blood alcohol level of  .491, better than six times the legal limit and the highest ever recorded in RI for anyone who wasn't dead.

For that crime, and driving into a I-95 message board, Kobierowski was sentenced to one year probation, a $500 fine, 40 hours of community service and a one-year loss of his driving priveleges.

He got off easy. Probably related to the judge.

Rhode Island and AP blow donkey dick. But I repeat myself.

It worked for me when I selected my local market, allowed the cookie, and then clicked on the link again. The AP apparently felt I didn't want to know anything outside of Arizona.

I've seen people in my jail who were about .22 and been driving; I've yet to see higher than that

Stanley Kobierowski

If he is either Czech or Polish, you know he can hold his booze. Their mamas milk is probably over 5% abv.
