ok, general question about Japan: if they didn't put the PIP of "random viewer" in every clip, would Japanese people not know how to respond to things? I understand they move in packs (see: Gamera), but they need a prompt to know what to think about a naked Briton in a canal?

I was just looking at the "Skinny-dipping in the Royal Moats of the World" tour, and most options include a police chase as part of the package price. I didn't see anything about television coverage, though. I wonder if he paid extra for that?
