I have a five-sided desktop "cube" with pentagrams for the caps and a panorama of Mars as my skydome, and the "burn" animation as my default create/destroy/minimize/maximize animation.  It's so pretty, and since I upped to ubuntu Itchy Irritant beta 2 it runs at my monitor's refresh rate, which is nice.
