In all fairness, they probably didn't know they were expected to pay. With looks like those in Louisiana, they probably never had to do it before.

Cheerleaders and beauty queens crack me up. They can never wipe that damn fake smile off of their face. Even in her mugshot, she's got her "happy face" on. They used to scare the shit out of me in high school. I would try to carry on a conversation with one of them and I could never concentrate. I was ALWAYS thinking, "Why won't she stop smiling? Is there anything that I can say to make her STOP SMILING?"
BTW, she graduated from the same high school as my wife.

Yes.
A lot of guys from other states always make the comment about the "quality" of girls in LA. I've traveled all over the country and LA is far from the ugliest state. The thick necked midwestern girls, the freck'ed out FL girls and the no make-up wearing northeastern girls top my list.
If it's blondes that you prefer, a double nod goes to AL. I don't think there is a brunette in the entire state (excluding the "sisters").
