The ad for "the best porn sites" at the bottom is a little disconcerting, but I'm certainly not gonna knock someone for their perversions.

When I was preggers, I was astounded at the number of men who hit on me. My sister, who is expecting in March, reports the same phenomenon. I told her that, as best as I can figure, these guys are responding to her because: a. she obviously puts out; and b. they can't get her pregnant. It probably doesn't hurt that she's as cute as a button.
If guys are turned on by the actual birthing process, though, that opens a new realm of possibilities. We could charge admission to the grand event -- or stream it live on the web for paying customers -- and have a nice college fund all lined up for my niece before she even takes her first breath. It's worth considering . . .

Actually, speaking as a guy who *is* attracted to preggers women, I think it's deeply psychological.
First, it is indeed true that women do 'glow' when they are pregnant - their body fat increases (reducing facial wrinkles) and this also causes their skin to be more moist and appear more youthful (albeit, on occasion causing renewed acne). Her breasts become more full and firm, and often more sensitive to his touch, and her body temperature is warmer.
But the beautiful roundness of a woman's body when it is pregnant is especially appealing... a man knows it's not 'fat'... it instead represents the woman at her most feminine, and that is extremely attractive to a man on a subliminal level. The more feminine the woman, the more attractive she is to a man.
Finally, a pregnant woman brings out man's desire to protect and care for a woman, and a man that is truly needed for that is a happy man. Men love to be the 'white knight' and to be seen as necessary for the survival of a woman... and a woman that knows how to make their man feel needed as their protector and defender is going to be a happy woman. Call it misogynistic, but there you are.

What about women who are turned on by the brithing process? My girl, who is not shy about sticking her hands up someones cooter, was a litlle taken aback when a client brought in her vibrators to a planning session and asked her to take an active part in getting her off during the birth of her 3rd child. Explaining that she had a very sexual view of all human activity. She declined but said she wouldn't stand in the way of the rising tide. She said the birth was a thing to behold. As the women self stimulated herself through waves of contractions and pushing, screaming out in ecstasy. The whole process lasted 40 minutes and went off without a hitch.

I've observed 5 co-worker pregnancies, and speaking for myself, while it is the most beautiful of nature's gifts etc. etc. (and feeling fetal movement is pretty cool), pregnant women don't drive me mad with lust.
