Yeah, that was my thought as well.  Unfortunately, they will probably have to pay.  The fact that all charges against her were dropped suggests that they weren't warranted in the first place.

Obvioulsy y'all are completely oblivious to the reality that is Post Falls.  Study up kids, you'll not believe what you learn.

And pissed them off in a deeply personal way. I'm betting one of the patrolmen involved was banging the 16 year old. Nothing less accounts for the police stupidity in this case.
