Mr O'Farrell was referring to the 16 drive-by shootings in recent weeks. One person has been seriously injured in the shootings, which are believed to be related to a war between bikie gangs.

Maybe I should rephrase: So what if knife killings go up? It's to be expected that a certain number of deadly confrontations would occur regardless, and would occur with weapons other than the banned ones.

Maybe I should rephrase, the 2nd amendment didn't mention knives. Granted, it didn't mention the King of England specifically, but... oh wait, you were actually trying to make a point. My bad.
