I've double-checked it now. Your other topic, Heroic Pets Honored, links to the same Yahoo article ("Odd Animal Rescues"). The second link above goes to the chupacabra site, which is "new." At least, I didn't figure you meant to re-use the pets link. Not exactly a hat, possibly a beret.
