Ralph Bakshi 1975 - banned from theaters and unofficially released on DVD.  Voices include Barry White and John Michael Phillips. Animated blaxploitation at it's finest.

The movie on Youtube starts with Part 1 of 9 here - I'm just going to embed the trailer because you people have the attention span of fruit flies, but I tell you Part 1 alone is worth it just to hear Scatman Crothers sing Nigger Man.

It makes "Cool World" look positively quaint.

There was a time when independent films actually had something to say, before everyone and everything got all politically correct.  You oughta see Putney Swope (1969) sometime- one of the funniest fucking movies ever.  You could not make it today.

Glad you enjoyed it Douche.

I'm a big fan of classic [perceived to be] offensive animation.  I have a fairly large collection of banned toons which I used to share on cruel, but with the advent of youtube there is a cornucopia of this stuff, much of which was underground for a long time.  It's a shame they use such a crappy level of H.264 encoding, but I understand they have bandwidth considerations.  What they lack in quality the make up for in quantity and access.

I'm still trying to find ways to be offended by this, at least racially, & failing.  Maybe pointless antics by people with apparently genuine bad intentions have numbed me.

Scatman's "Niggerman" may be the most intense anger I've heard in a piece of recorded music...
