A lobbying pal says the Duggar family bus rolled up to the Capitol this morning to disgorge the clan for a day of lobbying on home school legislation. A TV crew was in tow to catch the identically clad brood work the legislature for future cable airing.

It was home school day in the Capitol and it was a command performance for the Duggars. Even Mrs. Duggar, with her nursing infant, made an appearance.



As I gently re-enter the smarmy world that awaits outside my door, I turned on that old one eyed monster last night to see what I have been missing all these long, dark, winter months.

And lo, the light shown upon me and showed that the Duggars have their own hi-concept reality show. A well produced affair on TLC.

Surely this must be a hat, but worthy of note again in Johnny's good book. Catch it while you can, Rotten gives it 4 stars upon high.

The 19-member Duggar family will now take vacations in a bus once used by Cher and the Port Huron Flags hockey team.

Fred Minnie, a charter member of the now-defunct Flags team who transported the hockey players in one of his three tour buses, sold the bus to the Duggars in early September.

There's not too many of those buses with 15 beds in it," he said. "(Duggar) couldn't get here fast enough." The Duggars have big plans for the bus. Jim Bob said the family hopes to travel north this year to visit Michelle's family in Ohio.
