What is HIPSTER RUNOFF? It's a blog worth blogging about!
Carles is a blogger. He can basically blog about anything. This blog is intended to be 'culturally relevant.'
I'm pretty sure it's making fun of hipsters, but I can't really tell. After all, what's more hipster than making fun of hipsters?

(Assuming you're talking about Atlanta): You'd be better off going to Candler Park or the Piedmont/10th Street area...
