So let me remove the hood and sheet for a moment and explain what I was thinking when I posted this.  What I saw was a teenage tard whose parents gave him a webcam; said tard embarrassed his parents by releasing a fart video.  You’re the one who analyzed the video in racial terms.  Perhaps the PC Police are correct when they say all whites are racist; I just choose to accept and embrace my racism.  I wrote off your comment as the result of the foul mood you had mentioned in several threads.

I lived in Minnesota for 5 years.  Minnesota has a high Hmong population.  The Hmong are from Laos and helped the USA fight against
"communists" so we let many of them into the country.  They are poor, illiterate farmers and came to the US that way.  When I worked for legal aid, they were on equal footing with the blacks, Indians, and white trash who all wanted government handouts.  The had large families, and had a whole system in their community for trying to get SSI so they wouldn't have to learn English or work.  They all claimed injuries from the refugee camps and the war, and refused western medicine.  When they got their government checks, they'd head straight for the casino.

Now while I did know some 2nd generation  Hmong who overcame the cycle of poverty, there are just as many who are repeating the government assistance cycle.

The same is true in Wausau, Wisconsin...Hmongs trapped in the cycle of poverty and crime.

As I said, immigration is a self selecting process.  The best and the brightest, no matter where they are from, contribute to society.
