If you've been to Asia, I suppose. I can't imagine it would sell well over here. I believe there are certain ethnic groups who think it will impart vitality/virility, etc. I've already been over supermarket hooch selections before.

Federal officials said the package was shipped from Thailand to an address in the southeastern United States.

I remember being in Manila (I hated it) for like, 2 days before my flight left and wandering around the open air market, watching some act where the guy took a live snake out of a bag, sliced off its head and would hand it to an eager volunteer and Marine who'd suck its blood to much applause. WTF?

Yeah, I hate to tell you this; But, not many "straight men" drink Heineken. I believe that particular brand is more popular with "metro-sexuals."
By the way, your hyper-link on that page for Courtney Love at AwefulPlasticSurgery is 404.

Ah, well. We all know what the crackhead looks like. What's another visual aid lost to the vagaries of some other site's image folder moving?

Unfortunately, finding decent beer is tough in some places. A lot of places around here seem to serve Heineken proudly, like we should pat them on the back for having a non-domestic brew.
Move a little further north into Taint territory and there are places like Kennedy's Irish Pub and Curry House and the Coronado where you can find a really decent selection.

Selection is great here: in the Castro there's a store that specializes in Belgian beers, as well. I can never understand why people insist on drinking shit like Bud or Pabst when we have so much real beer in this city.

Does any-body else remember Schmidt's beer? At $1.69 for a six-pack, it was actually quite tolerable.

I always thought that direction was considered south? What kind of botched post-ops are you running around with?

Loved it. Drank it almost exclusively from age 10 through about 16, then it disappeared off the market. Too bad, their Bock was really good.

I just wish I could find Abita Beer here. Ya know what's lame? Every corner grocery in town carries Abita Root Beer, not one carries Abita Amber or Turbodog.
